Dr. Wilson accepts most insurance plans. If she is not a provider for your insurance plan please discuss out of network
benefits with your insurance provider. Please call the office for more information.
Please note: Medcaid/Public Aid does not reimburse for psychological services provided by psychologists. Due to this, Medicaid/Public Aid is not accepted.
It is your individual responsibility to know and verify your mental health benefits from your insurance carrier. To check your coverage ask your insurance company the following questions:
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for in network and/or out of network providers?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Fee Schedule
$160.00 - Initial outpatient diagnostic session
$130.00 - (1) Hour outpatient Psychotherapy session.*
*Please note: A clinical hour is between 45-50 minutes.
Fees are subject to change without notice. Please verify fees prior to initial treatment session.
Crisis intervention and emergency sessions may be subject to additional charges.
Payment
Cash, check and credit/debit cards are accepted for payment. Fees are paid at the time service. If you are using insurance this means that your co-payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge for a full session being charged to your account. Please note that missed or cancelled appointments are not covered by insurance.
